At SupaVapes, we strive to provide the best possible customer service, and we offer a 30-day limited return policy to ensure your satisfaction. We kindly request that you carefully read through our detailed return policy to understand the process and guarantee the best support.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For Mods, tanks, or coils, pouring any liquid inside or having cosmetic damage on the machinery will void the chance to return the item and receive a refund.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at We kindly ask that you provide a video demonstrating the device's issue, along with relevant pictures. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting it promptly. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately. We accept returns on DOA (dead on arrival) devices, but such claims must be filed within 48 hours of receiving the item. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us promptly so that we can assess the situation and find a suitable solution.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned to us and should be dealt with directly through the respective manufacturers. Brand names such as SMOK, VooPoo, Vapresso, etc., which we carry, are all 100% authentic items and should be handled through their customer service channels. Unless otherwise stated, all the items we carry are 100% authentic.


Considering the specific nature of disposable devices, we have extensive experience in dealing with them. We are aware of potential underlying issues with these devices. In the case of purchasing a box of disposables, we have adjusted the cost to account for possible defects, and therefore, refunds cannot be offered for these items. However, if an individual device fails to work upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will proceed with a claim.

When purchasing from our authorized stores, we strongly advise testing your device in a designated smoking area to ensure it is functioning properly. No refunds will be provided once you have left the premises.

Please note that sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.


For a quick and efficient exchange, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item. In the event of purchasing the wrong item, without any cosmetic damage and in unused condition, we will accept the return. However, please be aware that a 15%-50% non-refundable restocking fee may be applied based on the specific situation, which our team will handle on an individual case basis.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
