Supa Vapes Warranties

Detailed descriptions of all the warranties we offer are provided below:

  1. We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects for systems, hardware, and batteries. This includes tanks and mods, removable batteries, and chargers for removable batteries.
  2. Disposable vapes and pods are covered incase the unit is either dead on arrival (DOA) or leaking has occurred during shipping. Leaking is not uncommon especially during the summer months. Leaking pods should not be removed from the plastic packaging and should be reported within 48 hours of having received your order. The same time constraint applies to disposables. Disposables are defined as products found in the "Disposables" section of
  3. Our warranty at Supa Vapes does not cover the following:
    • Cosmetic damage.
    • Damage caused by using products or supplies not purchased from Supa Vapes.
    • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external factors such as unclean thread connectors on atomizers, cartomizers, chargers, and batteries leading to electrical short circuits.
    • Damage caused by unauthorized services or repairs.
    • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or use of inappropriate materials.
    • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, aging, improper maintenance, or operating the product outside of the manufacturer's specifications.

Additionally, our warranties only cover defects arising from the normal use of the product.

  1. Prior to purchasing, please verify whether your product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. At Supa Vapes, we always strive to provide products that perform as expected.

Exemptions to Warranties

Certain exemptions apply to our warranties:

  • Atomizer Tanks, Coils, & Disposables: Due to their consumable nature and limited life expectancy, these products are eligible for a limited Dead On Arrival (DOA) warranty. Defective products must be returned in their original packaging with all components for testing within 48 hours of receipt.
  • E-Liquids: For health and safety reasons, e-liquid sales are final and not subject to warranty, returns, or exchanges. Differences in taste may arise from various factors, including steeping time, exposure to heat or sunlight, device and coil variations, and smoking cessation.
  • Accessories and Apparel: There are no warranties provided for apparel or accessories sold at Supa Vapes stores or online.
  • Clearance/Sale/Liquidation Products: Items marked or sold as clearance, sale, or liquidation are not covered by warranties and are ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Discontinued Products/Accessories: Defective discontinued items are eligible for store credit only within the acceptable warranty period.
  • Disposable vapes and pods: Products in this category are not covered in cases of "burnt taste" or general dislike of the product. These are elements beyond our control and no coverage can be provided.

Retail Store Purchases

For returns of items purchased from a Supa Vapes store, please ensure they are returned within corresponding time period defined above of the original purchase date with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Our Supa Vapes representatives will assess and verify the nature of the complaint or issue.

If a Supa Vapes representative determines the product is defective, we will provide an exchange for the same or similar model or issue a store credit, at our discretion.

Please note that refunds are only issued for products meeting the following requirements:

  • Assessed by a Supa Vapes representative to be defective.
  • Brand new, unused, and in unopened original packaging.
  • Returned to the original place of purchase with proof of purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.

Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original purchase. If the original form of purchase is unavailable, store credit or exchange will be offered instead.

Please be aware that e-liquids cannot be returned to retail locations due to health and safety regulations. Online purchases must be returned following the specifications outlined below.

Online Purchases

For device warranty claims on online purchases from our Supa Vapes website, please email your warranty claim to our customer support team at within the defined time limit of receiving the purchase. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include your original order number. Additional forms, instructions, or visual evidence may be requested.

Depending on the situation, we may, at our discretion, provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective product to our warehouse. Upon receipt, our Supa Vapes representatives will examine and assess the product for manufacturing defects.

If the product is deemed defective, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or compensation, at our discretion. Please note that the original shipping costs will only be refunded if the product is found to be defective and still under warranty.

Refunds and Credits for Unused Items Purchased Online

To exchange or return products purchased through our online shop, contact our customer support team at Specify the reason for return or exchange and provide the associated order number.

Our customer sales team will supply you with a reference number and return shipping address. When returning the item, prominently display the reference number on the packaging for easy identification upon receipt.

Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will assess its condition to determine eligibility for exchange, credit, or refund, following the same form as the original purchase.

Please note that a 10% restocking fee (including applicable taxes) will be applied to all returns for refunds purchased online, except for defective products. Original shipping fees and restocking fees are non-refundable due to the nature of our website and shipping services.

For online orders, age verification is conducted by Canada Post during shipping to ensure compliance with legal purchasing age restrictions. Failure to provide valid photo identification upon delivery will result in the package being returned to us, and eligible items will be subject to a 50% fee (half the original purchase price) plus shipping and taxes.

Used products are not eligible for refund or exchange unless proven defective.

If you return an item without prior contact with our customer sales team at, processing any refunds or exchanges may take an additional 14 days. Refunds typically take up to 72 working hours to process after initiation, and an additional five business days from the receipt of the returned product.
